Catering Staff:

Chef - $32.00 per hour
Apprentice chef - $18.00 per hour
Waitperson - $29.00 per hour
Kitchenhand - $15.00 per hour

The number of staff required is dependent on the menu chosen and
the number of guests in attendance.

All staff are charged only for the duration of the function (minimum three hours)

Equipment Hire: A detailed list and costing of equipment hire necessary
for your function will be supplied after either consultation or site inspection.
The client is responsible for any loss or damage of equipment supplied by
Essence Catering for the purposes of the function.

Delivery fee: A delivery fee may be charged on an order deemed a drop off.
